Origins

The story of Casa Cairo.

Casa Cairo takes its name from the iconic Tienda Cairo, a shop that was part of Pátzcuaro's history for more than a century. Known to generations of locals and visitors, the store became a city landmark for its wide variety of goods and for the warm, personal service that always set it apart.

Today, Casa Cairo honors that legacy, preserving the spirit of hospitality, tradition and service that defined a place so dear to the community. More than a name, Casa Cairo is a link to Pátzcuaro's history and a tribute to those who helped build it.

Philosophy

Quiet luxury.

We don't believe in excess. We believe in morning light filtering through the beams, in bed linens that feel different, in the silence of a colonial plaza before the market wakes up.

Every apartment is cared for to the same standard: noble materials, impeccable upkeep and attention to what isn't visible at first glance.

The surroundings

In the heart of Pátzcuaro.
